Radiant desert colors center this handloomed rug with a dazzling diamond. With stripes and fretwork along each end, the motifs express centuries of Zapotec tradition. Gregorio Ruiz weaves the piece by hand from soft virgin wool. Because each rug is individually woven on handlooms, measurements could vary +/- 2 inches (5 cm).
