This coupler features a female USB A type connector at each end, allowing you to connect two standard male USB A type cables together. It is compatible with USB 2.0 and backwards compatible with USB 1.0/1.1 connections. Note that the maximum reliable length for standard USB cables is about 15 feet. If you need to extend USB longer than that, we recommend the use of one of our Active USB Extender Cables.
