Flowers with dazzling petals celebrate a fiesta in a design by Raul Ulloa. They are embroidered by hand on a deep green wool shoulder bag, woven on a traditional handloom in a style unique to the Ayacucho region. Fully lined in a brown cotton blend, it has two inner pockets.
